Keto

I have been doing keto for 1 and half years now and I lost 36 pounds. I have never lost weight this much. I'm still 13 pounds away from my target. I don't know if I can't make it since I have been platueing for 8 months now.

The goal of my diet is to eat less than 20 grams of carbohydrates per day. So my snack for today, I baked myself a keto bread. It is made of almond flour, coconut flour and psyllium husk. This netted 2 grams of net carbs per slice. Most of the day, I only consume 4 slices so I still have allowance for other low carbs food.
