Monday Again

I'm working from home due to the lockdown imposed in the region for a month now. This comes after the increase of positives in the area.

Keto

I have been doing keto for 1 and half years now and I lost 36 pounds. I have never lost weight this much. I'm still 13 pounds away from my target. I don't know if I can't make it since I have been platueing for 8 months now.

The goal of my diet is to eat less than 20 grams of carbohydrates per day. So my snack for today, I baked myself a keto bread. It is made of almond flour, coconut flour and psyllium husk. This netted 2 grams of net carbs per slice. Most of the day, I only consume 4 slices so I still have allowance for other low carbs food.

Wow, just wow. It's been 12 years since my last post. I actually forgot this blog site already and now I'm reviving it. So much have have during these years. The biggest is losing my father. He passed away last 2015. It was like nightmare coming to life. I used to get nightmares about my parents dying. Never had I thought it would happen. I know people will eventually die but I'm still at a state of denial. But I thank God, I have still have my mother. I will make the best of her time. My biggest regret is I wasn't able to maximize my time with my father. I was used to seeing him when I get home. I took everything for granted. 

On the bright side, it's a good feeling that someone will take good care of us from above and having closer line to God.

I'm Glad

I'm glad that I finished my 5 pending reaction paper / case analysis.
I'm glad that I finally have a grade for Management Control and Information Systems.
I'm glad that I will be enrolled tomorrow for summer.
I'm glad that my professor of Business Management Research subject allowed me to enter his class eventhouugh I enrolled late.

Cloverfield

I had a great time watching this movie in our backyard this evening. I thought that was a scary movie just like War of The Worlds. It's highly recommended as a fun movie.

Cloverfield is an extremely huge monster. I don't know if that is its name. It attacked Big Apple and killed all the characters. That's all.
